摘要
Abstract
Nd∶YAG transparent ceramics with different B2 O3/SiO2 ratio were fabricated by conventional solid-state tech-nique,and the effect of the B2 O3/SiO2 ratio on the microstructure of Nd∶YAG transparent ceramics were investigated.It was found that the addition of B2 O3/SiO2 can improve the sintering of Nd∶YAG transparent ceramics because of the liq-uidphase.In addition,it reduced content of the second phase.The density and shrinkage rate increases in theNd∶YAG transparent ceramics with the increasing the B2 O3 .Moreover,the pore decreases and a homogeneous grain size in the Nd∶YAG transparent ceramics.The Nd∶YAG transparent ceramicswith different B2 O3/SiO2 exhibited optimum properties at the ratio of 4∶1 .关键词
