银川至西安铁路客运专线速度目标值研究

Abstract
The Yinchuan-Xi’an dedicated passenger railway line undertakes the fast passenger-transport from Ningxia and west Inner Mongolia to Shaanxi and the areas in the middle-east of China, and also bears the intercity traffic at both ends of the line. The choice of target speed value is of great significance. The determination of reasonable target speed depends on such factors as transport volume, target timing value, passenger flow and the benefit of the investment, combining with the coordination of the railway networks nearby and the social and economic development. The target speed of 250 with reservation for 350 km/h is selected to meet the needs of the passenger flow in both short and long terms, to boost the social and economic development and to coordinate with local networks. The engineering scale and investment level are moderate and the comprehensive benefit is excellent.关键词
