Discussion on Track Technical Measures Based on Metro Rail Irregularity Inspection

Abstract
Track irregularity is the root cause for train vibration and the wheel/rail interaction, which imposes great impact on the safety, stability, comfort, service life and environment noise of train operation. This paper, based on the wave data obtained from the track inspection vehicle in terms of the height alignment, track level and gauge-related four irregularities, uses the classification method to analyze the different types of track irregularities and to improve track smoothness and riding comfort measures and concepts. This paper also introduces the track precision positioning based control network technology to improve the initial track smoothness and the rail lubrication technology and analyzes the regularities on anti vibration sections and the sleeper spacing control of the entire line. The application of acoustic panel to eliminate track irregularity, reduce vehicle interior noise and improve passenger riding comfort is illustrated.关键词
