二次上浆处理对国产碳纤维可织性的影响
Effect of secondary sizing on weavability of domestic carbon fiber
摘要
Abstract
The carbon fiber is sized with water-based sizing agent with a mixture of water-soluble epoxy resin and a kind of additive, the apparent morphology, abrasion resistance, surface hairiness after friction,cluster ability, tensile breaking strength of the sized carbon fiber are measured to analyze the impact of secondary sizing on the weavability of domestic carbon fiber. The experimental results show that when the additive content is 5%and the concentration of sizing agent is 4%, the comprehensive performance of the sized carbon fiber is excellent, and it is beneficial to weaving.关键词
