活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化合成三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯
Catalytic synthesis of trimethylolpropane trioleate by p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon
摘要
Abstract
The preparation of p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon were investigated by impregnation method. Trimethylolpropane trioleate was synthesized with direct esterification method. The factors influencing the reaction were discussed. The experimental results showed that p-toluenesulfonic acid supported activated carbon exhibited high catalytic activity. When the amount of the catalyst was 5%, molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 2.85∶1, reaction temperature was 140℃, reaction time was 2.5 h, the esterification rate could reach 98.44%, and the catalyst could be used five times without significant declining of its catalytic activity.关键词
