Abstract
From the industrialization and the Internet development point of view, this paper analyzed the necessity of communication infrastructure construction. Considering household consumption, the value of such construction was afifrmed. Then, the current domestic situation was reviewed both individually and in general; and common, feasible models and methods for development were refined from the actual cases. Finally, based on the requirements of urbanization and smart cities, steps and procedures of construction and optimization were proposed, including top plan, standard updates, governments leading, the three-part mode and the closed loop management.关键词
