反应堆压力容器国产O形环密封性能分析
Performance Research on Domestic O-Ring of Reactor Pressure Vessel
摘要
Abstract
Reactor pressure vessel(RPV)is a significant barrier to pressure boundary in reactor coolant system(RCS),the structural integrity of which needs to be ensured to prevent leakage of radioactive mate-rial.A double O-ring sealing structure is used in most of RPV of pressurized water reactor(PWR)to pre-vent leakage of radioactive material.However,the performace such as deformation of the O-ring is impor-tant to the sealing of the RPV.The elastic-plastic contact analysis for domestic O-ring is performed through the finite element method to study the stress,the deformation and the spring back of O-ring under different compression.The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the conclusion of this paper provide a basis for RPV sealing structure design and analysis,supporting for the O-ring localization.关键词
