板式回转干燥机的颗粒流动传热特性研究
Flow and Heat Transfer Characteristics of Materials in the Flighted Rotary Dryer
摘要
Abstract
A novel flighted rotary dryer(FRD)is presented in the paper to overcome the problem which the graular materials require to be obtained in the cleaning process.A model employing Eulerian continu-um approach(ECA)is carried out to investigate the effects of rotational speed,number of flights,fill level and flight configurations on flow and heat transfer characteristics of granular materials in the FRD.In ad-dition,the model adopted which is based on the two-fluid model and particle flow mechanics theory.The results are as follows:Average temperature of materials increases with the increase of the number of flights and the decrease of the fill level;The rotation speed has minimal influence on the temperature of the parti-cle bed.The flight configurations are of great significance to heat transfer behaviors in the FRD.关键词
