Abstract
Based on ANSYS software,a finite element model using for analyzing the bursting pressure of cryogenic composite overwrapped pressure vessels(COPV)is established.The damage states of the over-wrapped fibrous layer were analyzed and the analysis were also included about the variation conditions of the stress,strain and displacement of the inner lining,which were used to forecast the bursting pressure of the developed cryogenic COPV under the ambient temperature of 80 K.A test apparatus applying for the cryogenic bursting experiment of the COPV was build,and the bursting experiment of the developed cryo-genic COPV was carried on under the temperature of liquid nitrogen.To the bursting pressure of the de-veloped cryogenic COPV under the ambient temperature of 80 K,the calculated value of finite element and the experimental value are respectively 78 MPa and 71.28 MPa,and the error of the two values is 9.4%.The research results indicate that the analysis method of finite element proposed by this paper is rational,and can be used to effectively study the bursting pressure of the cryogenic COPV.关键词
