Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bifid Triple Viable combined with lactulose in the treatment of cirrhosis of the liver enterogenous endotoxin hematic disease and its influence on liver function and blood coagulation func-tion.Methods 68 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated by enterogenous endotoxin hematic disease from February 2014 to February 2015 in the Department of Gastroenterology of Hubei Huanggang Province Central Hospital were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group, 34 cases for each group.The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group was treated with the combination of the bifid triple viable capsules and the lactulose oral liquid, the effect of clinical treatment and the changes of liver function and blood coagulation function indexes of the patients were com-pared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.2%, significantly higher than 67.6% of the control group (χ2 =9.56, P <0.05) .After treatment, ET, TNF-α, IL-1α, IL-6 and ALT, AST, TBil were significantly lower than before treatment in both groups, and differences between the observation group and control group were statistically significant ( P <0.05) .After treatment, the coagulation parameter PTA of two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and PT, APTT were significantly lower than before treatment, and differences between the observation group and control group were statistically significant ( P <0.05) .Conclusion Bifid triple viable combined with lactulose has a significant effect on the treatment of cirrhosis of the liver enterogenous endotoxin hematic disease, which can improve liver function and blood coag-ulation function and that is worthy of clinical application and promotional value.关键词
