Abstract
Objective To analysis the clinical and follow-up characteristics of congenital leukemia in children and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of congenital leukemia.Methods Retrospective analysis from June 2010 to June 2015, the clinical features and follow-up data of five cases of children with congenital leukemia in Nanhua University child Sci-ences /Hunan Children's Hospital neonatal wards.Results 5 patients were 4 males and 1 female.Skin mass in 2 cases, 2 cases of systemic bleeding, liver splenomegaly in 3 cases, congenital heart disease in 2 cases, 2 cases of fever, severe anemia in 2 cases.Laboratory tests showed that leukocytosis in 4 cases, 1 case of normal, platelets decreased in 2 cases.5 cases of patients were treated with symptomatic and supportive treatment, average length of stay was 19.6 days, after discharge were followed up for 18 months to 4.5 years, of which three cases of children with a natural ease, lost follow up of 1 case, 1 death. Conclusion Congenital leukemia mortality is high, after diagnosis and determining the immune classification, if is not exclu-sive complex chromosome quality, can be treated with a conservative support treatment and long-term follow-up.关键词
