肺结核治疗方案中加用复方甘草酸苷及结核丸临床作用分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with compound ammonium acid and tuberculosis pil .Methods a total of 2013 may to 2015 years 10 months in our hospital from 68 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients as the objects of the study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 34 patients,treatment control group were treated with conventional HREZ anti tuberculosis therapy,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the compound glycyrrhizic acid glu-coside and tuberculosis pil in the treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment ef ect .Results the total ef ective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,the total ef ective rate of the control group was 76.47%,the total ef ective rate of the two groups was compared,with statistical dif erence(P <0.05).Conclusion the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in the treatment program with compound and the treatment of tuberculosis pil ,can significantly improve the clinical ef icacy of patients ,worthy of clinical application.关键词
