摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the sensitivity of tumor cel s and the clinical use of MTT .Methods 7 cases of 120 dif erent kinds of tumor patients,50 cases of bladder cancer,15 cases of cervical cancer,18 cases of ovarian cancer,13 cases of endometrial carcinoma,8 cases of lung cancer,gastric cancer,colon cancer,cases were selected,and the clin-ical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results the 7 kinds of tumor samples were statistical y analyzed,and compared with the same type of tumor samples,and the average inhibition rate of each medium was calculated by using the formula.At last,combined with the specific circumstances of the clinical doctors,the drug sensitivity test results were evaluated,and the clinical ef ect of the treatment and the practical significance.Conclusion the results of drug sensitivity test of tumor cel s in vitro can provide important reference for the clinical treatment of tumor patients .关键词
