摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage.Methods the study subjects were 60 patients,al of which were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2015.The patients were treated with refractory postpartum hemorrhage.Treatment methods were divided into two groups,30 cases in control group and research group. The control group was treated with uterine artery ligation,the study group was treated with uterine artery embolization.Observe the treatment of two groups of patients.Results patients in the study group,the operation time,hospitalization time is shorter than the control group,dif erence of large and P <0.05,statistical significance was established;intraoperative bleeding was less than that of controls,dif erences of large and P <0.05,statistical significance was established;research group,the hemostasis rate is higher than the control group,dif erence and larger(P <0. 05).The statistical significance established.Conclusion uterine artery embolization for treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage in patients with high safety ,and minimal y invasive,post-operative recovery is fast,it is worth recommending.关键词
