度洛西汀与文拉法辛在治疗抑郁症伴躯体疼痛症状的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the treatment ef ect on depression patients with duloxetine and venlafaxine and reducing ef ect on somatic pain .Methods 75 depression cases with somatic pain were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases received in duloxetine treatment and 35 cases received in venlafaxine treatment,evaluated two kinds of drug treatment and its role on re-ducing somatic pain.Results the groups I and II in total cure rate respectively accounted for 92.5% and 91.4%,Through data analysis,there was not significant dif erence(P >0.05).After treatment in the two groups HAMD -17 and MOSPM evaluation results on 1,2,4 and 8 weeks were significantly lower than the baseline,There was significant dif erence(P <0.05).Compari-son of MOSPM evaluation results after first week of treatment,the average of group I(64.57 ±18.47)significantly lower than that of group II(72.28 ±19.84),there was significant dif erence (P <0.05).Conclusion duloxetine has similar ef icacy to venlafaxine in the treatment of depression ,but more ef ective in reducing somatic pain,and has high popularization value.关键词
