100例小儿肾病综合征的护理体会
Nursing Care of Patient with Infantile Nephrotic Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the nursing care of patients with infantile nephrotic syndrome .Methods 100 children who have been diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome were selected during November 2014 to October 2015 and sum up the experience of clinical nursing care,including:Psychological nursing,Medicine nursing,Prevent infection,Diet nursing,Discharge guid-ance.Results After finishing treatment,the clinical remission rate was 92.0% in al cases.Conclusion For the children with nephrotic syndrome,they need not only targeted therapy,but also comprehensive nursing intervention,in order to optimize the treatment ef ect to be maximized .关键词
