穴位电针配合中频治疗骨科腰麻术后急性尿潴留的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of Electroacupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pusle therapy treatment of acute urinary retention after lumbar anesthesia in Department of orthopedics.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 48 cases of acute urinary retention after lumbar anesthesia in the Department of orthopedics .Results 30 cases were markedly ef ective,16 cases were ef ective,2 cases were inef ective,the total ef ective rate was 95.8%.Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pusle therapy treatment of acute urinary retention after operation in Department of orthopedics has fast ef ect,good curative ef ect,no obvious adverse reaction.关键词
