Abstract
Objective The operating room night nurse admit ance system of implementation and analysis .Method In low position of into the operating room nurses professional in the area of teaching,the implementation of strict system of admit ance of night shift.Results Make new nurses comprehensive development,absorb the essence of each teaching teachers.Conclusion The implementation of the operating room night access system guarantee the security of the operating room work ,also improve the operating room new nurses'working enthusiasm.关键词
