分析临床护理在老年慢性支气管哮喘患者中的临床应用效果

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of clinical nursing in elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma .Methods 60 elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group,cases in each group,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing.Results the total ef ective rate in the observation group was 66.66%,the control group was 83.33%,the dif erence was statistical y significant;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 83.33%,the control group was 56.66%,the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion high quality nursing has a good ef ect on the elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma,which has clinical value.关键词
