Abstract
Under the imbalanced supply of public services, such as urban infrastructure and transportation, together with the limited financial and material resources, the rapid development of urbanization brings new problems to the city management. To decrease the current phenomenon of disused vehicle, Shangcheng District of Hangzhou city makes multi-sectoral standardization governance in the whole process. It’s an effective solution to the problem of sectoral collaboration, and provides useful experience on how to solve the public affairs that not been specified in common laws. It’s a valuable exploration of using scientific concept to the governance capability modernization and service-oriented government.关键词
