Abstract
As the main commercial geological prospectingbody, the governmenthave many drawbacks compared to businessenterprise. For example,on the management side, the government would do it based on cost accounting in the implementation process, separate the income and expenditure, and would not conduct the input and output efifciency analysis;On the output side, the government would focus on amount of mineral resources,while ignored how much of that can be used by the enterprise; On the running system side, it practiced by geological prospecting units throughout the contract, even on behalf of the holders of mining rights, and the output would transfer to the government for disposal. The main problem of supply side of geological prospecting in China is that part of the institutional mechanismis defy, and some of the stakeholders would be involved when solving the problems. Therefore, in the supply side of commercial geological prospecting, it is necessary to further improve its quality and efifciency. Firstly, from the government should quit from the commercial geological prospecting, which is the true meaning of socialist market system. Secondly, the government should provide support polices and services for the development of commercial geological prospecting market. Thirdly, the government shouldconstruct a qualiifed commercial geological prospecting from the supply side.关键词
