The Issues with Regard to Efifciency and Stability in the Rural Land System Reform

Abstract
With the 30 years of reform and opening up, we clearly know that we must choose the way to marketization of rural land system reform, but the progress moves slowlywith many twists and turns, behind which there are two value orientations: pursuing economic efifciency and maintaining the rural social stability. At present, we are confronted with the issues that not only must we maintain social stability, but we must also prevent the normal reform risk and individual unstable factorsfrom extending,thus hindering the rural land reform process.In judging the efifciency and stable value that the reform initiativesproduced, we must be based on the need both to combine long-termand short-term considerations and qualitative and quantitative analysis. When the corresponding policy will be designed, we need to take into account the integration between unity of the whole nation and regional difference.关键词
