Abstract
From the first quarter in 2016, we can see that although the major commodities’ pricehave rebounded and the overall market showed the rising trend and good signs, the mining recovery task is still arduous, which is induced to the deep downturn in the world economy restructuring and adjustments and the actual low demand and other factors in 2016. Especially in China, we have the problem of traditional industry overcapacity and low progress of eliminate excess capacity, therefore the development of the mining industry is still relatively dififcult, and the mainly mineral production scale down as well, prices continue to run in the bottom of the range, mining efifciency continued to decline, and investor interest in mining conifdence continues to decay, we can conclude that the mining industrystill has a long way to go for recovery. Responding to the downturn mining situation and new situations and new problems of mining development, it need not only to actively participate in the global resource management, but also actively resolve excess capacity in order to promote mining supply-side reform. In addition, wehave to prevent passive situation caused by secondary overcapacity in the processof supply-side reforms and resolving the overcapacity.关键词
