Abstract
In the past ten years,non-ferrous geological exploration units have achieved good achievements ineconomical operation,miningright management, progress in prospecting,and technical innovation. At present, under the combined weights ofcontinued downwardin the pace of mining economic growth coupled withthe accelerationof classiifed reform of public institutions, non-ferrous geological exploration unitsface huge challenges in the development.It is important to realize that a lag structural reform, weak market competition, less inventory assets of mining rights are the major constituents for us to cope with the development of nonferrous geological prospecting industry. In addition, non-ferrous metal products remain weak;and the sharp downturn in the core business;limitedstrength for“going abroad”;and great dififculty in obtainingoverseas resources are also the problems that we must face. On account of this, we must engage in more efforts to adjust industrial structure,expand the scope of service so as toachieve sustainable development. We should enhance our efforts to build talent team, optimize the organization structurewith a view to strengtheningcompetitiveness. We should usesocial capital to establish non-ferrous geological exploration fund to revitalize the mining assets.At the same time, we should actively implement the strategy of“going abroad”joint with big enterprises to develop overseas exploration market.关键词
