Abstract
Contrasting the change in the number of the structure, the demand, and the area of land supply in 2014 with those of 2015, the land market in the city of Yinchuan in 2015 has the following characteristics:notable increase is made in the land use for infrastructure construction; some adjustments are carried out in the land structure for building houses;land use for the construction of projects in new district is increasingyear by year;listedland auction failureis the major phenomenon; property market has cooled somewhat; andurban land price are steadily increasing. In general,the land market in Yinchuan has been rational gradually; land demand for government-invested projects is increasing;real estate market is experiencing the combined effects of a gear change in the pace of economic growth coupled with the perfecting of structural adjustment and the policy.All of this has made the land demandrelatively decrease. Furthermore, this paper gives some suggestions for improving the initiatives that the government of Yinchuan should be taken. These include: with the goal of pursuing intensive and economical use of land, priority must be placed on cutting overcapacity and excess inventory, deleverage, reducing costs, and strengthening points of weakness; they should focus their efforts on making overall plan concerning increment, digesting the production capacity that we already have, and optimizing the structure with a view to making sustained efforts to exert force for the reform on the supply side;and ensuring sound and stable development of China's economy and society.关键词
