我国稀土产业安全状况综合评价研究
Comprehensive Assessment on the Security Situation of China's Rare Earth Industry
摘要
Abstract
Through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation and early warning model, wemade a comprehensive evaluation of the security situation on China's rare earth industryfrom 2002 to 2013. The results showed that:(1) China's rare earth industry as a whole showed a gradual upturn in the level of security, but the security level is still not high;(2) There’re severalprominent security issues we should pay attention to: the proportion of the world's rare earth supply of raw materials, the proportion of the world's total industrial output value, industrial concentration, the share of high value-added products in global market, the application of technological competitiveness, the amount of domestic and foreign patents, theproportionof R&D investment in rare earth industry both at home and abroad;(3) Through the comparison between United States and China, we found that the security situationof rare earth industry in US is relatively better, while the score gap is becomingnarrow gradually. Therefore, we should strengthen the management of rare earth development and the utilization of resources, improve the industrial concentration of rare earth, increase its applications in high-tech industry areas, promote the technological innovationvigorously,and enhance the rare earth industry technology security.关键词
