我国和谐矿区评价体系构建及应用研究
AppliedResearch on Establishing Appraisal Systemin Relation to Harmonious Mining Area in China
摘要
Abstract
Building a harmonious society and maintaining the sustainable development of economy are the two major concerns in our society. On the basis of giving full consideration of the connotation and characteristics of harmonious mining area, this paper has chosen 10 large mining areas, represented by Huainan Coal Mine, as research objects;building the evaluation system of harmonious mining area that consists primarily of“ifve secondary indexes”, namely, economic development, quality of life,ecological environment, resource utilization, and social risks. In addition, in accordance with the data from 2010 to 2013, this paper also has conducted a harmonious mining area evaluation for the above-mentioned mining areas by using fuzzy integrated overall evaluation.The results show that a good development trendhas been shown in the construction of harmonious mining area in China, but the facts remains that low both comprehensive level of resources exploitation and forest coverage,higher air pollution, enterprisesocial welfarespending, and spending on environmental protection need to be improved.关键词
