摘要
Abstract
This paper has built on China’s laws and regulations pertaining to the investment in and income distribution from restoring and controllinggeological environment in mine areas, as well as its implementation.Some problems we face in this regard are also reviewed in the respects ofcorrespondinglegal absence, inversion of resource ownership deifnition,and the government getting involved in the distribution with multiple identities.On account of this, this paper argues that we should expand the way to distributing the income; makeup-front planning forownership on resources. The government’s role should be returned to its normal position. And digital platform for income distribution must be built.关键词
