Research progress of the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of mycophenolic acid
摘要
Abstract
Mycophenolic acid ( MPA) is the reversible and noncompeti-tive inhibitor of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase ( IMPDH ).It is widely used to prevent rejection after organ transplantation and treat auto-immune diseases, as an immunosuppressive agent.This article reviews the pharmacokinetics ( PK) , pharmacodynamics ( PD) and PK/PD cor-relation studies of MPA recently published.关键词
