Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of carve-dilol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods One hundred ten patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group ( n=55 ) and control group ( n=55 ).Control group was treated with amiodarone 200 mg, oral, once a day.Treatment group was given carvedilol 5 mg, oral, once a day on the basis of control group. The course of treatment for two groups was one month. The clinical effi-cacy, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), systolic blood pressure ( SBP ) , heart rate ( HR ) , high -sensitivity C -reactive protein ( hs-CRP) levels and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (90.91%vs 70.91%, P<0.05).The mortality of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group ( 5.45% vs 16.36%, P<0.05).After treatment, the LVEF, HR, SBP levels of patients in two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment ( P<0.05) , and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P<0.05 ).After treatment, the hs-CRP levels of the two groups significantly decreased ( P<0.05 ) , and the treatment groupsignificantly decreased ( P <0.05 ).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 5.45% in the treatment group, control group was 7.27%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Carvedilol combined with amiodarone has a definitive clinical efficacy for the treatment of arrhythmia, which may improve the body serum hs-CRP content and cardiac function.关键词
