红花注射液联合康复治疗对老年脑梗死患者的临床疗效观察
Clinical effect of Safflower injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on elderly patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Safflower injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on elderly patients with cerebral in-farction.Methods A total of 160 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 80 cases respectively.The two groups were both given rehabilitation treatment.Treatment group was also given Safflower injection 20 mg, once a day.The course of the treatment was 28 d.The effective rate, hemorheological parameters and the level of high sensitivity C reactive protein ( hsCRP) , vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and trans-forming growth factor β1 ( TGF-β1 ) in serum of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05).After treatment, the hemorheological parameters were all better than those of control group.After treatment, the level of hsCRP in serum was significantly lower than that of control group, the levels of VEGF and TGF-β1 in serum significantly higher than those of control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Safflower injection combined with reha-bilitation therapy on elderly patients with cerebral infarction had a signifi-cant clinical effect, which can decrease the level of hsCRP, and can improve the levels of VEGF and TGF-β1.关键词
