白芍总苷对类风湿关节炎患者的血脂影响
Efficacy of total glucosides of paeonia on blood lipid in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of total glucosides of paeonia ( TGP ) on blood lipid in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Eighty -six cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were ran-domly divided into control group and treatment group, 43 cases in each group.The patients in control group were orally given methotrexate 7.5 mg, once a week, and leflunomide 10 mg orally once daily.On the basis of control group, patients in treatment group were orally given TGP in dose of 0.6 g, once daily.The treatment lasted for three months.Eryth-rocyte sedimentation rate( ESR) was determined.The C-reactive pro-tein ( CRP ) was determined by nephelometric immunoassay assay.The rheumatoid factor was determined by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay.The total cholesterol ( TC) , high density lipoprotein ( HDL-C) , low-density lipoprotein ( LDL-C ) , and triglyceride ( TG ) in serum were determined by full automatic biochemical analyzer.Results In the control group, the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and loss ofappetite were significantly higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).The TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG in two groups were improved significantly compared with those before treatment ( all P<0.05 ).The degree of improvement on TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment ( P<0.05 ).After treatment, the duration of morning stiffness, joint tenderness index, joint swelling index, CRP, rheumatoid factors( RF) , and erythrocyte sedimentation( ESR) in two groups are improved compared with those before treatment( P<0.05).The duration of morning stiffness, joint tenderness index, joint swelling index, CRP, RF, ESR in treatment group after treatment were ( 28.9 ±11.4 ) min, ( 9.3 ±3.4 ) mg · L-1 , ( 6.7 ±2.8 ) mg · L-1 , (20.3 ±8.7)mg· L-1,(104.5 ±3.5)u· mL-1,(22.1 ±3.5)mm· h -1, respectively.While them in control group were (34.6 ±13.6)min,(11.7 ±4.1)mg· L-1,(8.5 ±3.5)mg· L-1,(24.7 ±11.3)mg· L-1,(116.7 ±5.6)μ· mL-1 ,(27.8 ±4.2 ) mm · h-1.The improvements of treatment group were superior to that of control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion TGP can improve the blood lipids in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.关键词
