乳腺癌组织中人表皮生长因子受体－2的表达与基质金属蛋白酶－9的相关性研究
Relation ship between human epidermal growth factor receptor -2 with matrix metalloproteinase-9 in breast cancer tissues

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor -2 ( HER -2 ) and matrix metalloproteinase -9 ( MMP-9) gene in breast cancer, and analyze the relationship between HER-2 and MMP-9 and clinical pa-thology.Methods The expre-ssion of HER-2 and MMP-9 in breast cancer tissues(100 cases) were selected and examined by immunohistochemical method. The clinical pathological features and the relationship were analyzed.Results Posi-tive expression rates of HER -2 and MMP -9 in 100 cases of breast cancer were 52.00%(52/100) and 71.00%(71/100).Positive expre-ssion rates of estrogen receptor ( ER ) and progesterone receptor ( PR ) were 54.00%( 54/100 ) and 52.00%( 52/100 ) .The expression of HER-2 and MMP -9 had correlation with lymph node metastasis, tumor, node, metastasis cassification ( TNM ) stage, ER and PR expre-ssion(P<0.05).The expression of HER-2 and MMP-9 had no cor-relation with tumor diameter and histological differentiation ( P>0.05 ) . Furthermore, there was no correlation between the expression of HER-2 and MMP-9(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of HER-2 and MMP -9 is of great importance in the predicting the lymph node metastasis, prognosis judgement and clinical comprehensive treatments.关键词
