Abstract
To speed up making upfor the shortcoming of the agriculture and rural areas is a key and difficult part for building a comprehensive well-off society. Local agricultural colleges and universities should take the in-itiative to adapt to the new changes and new requirements of the modern agriculture development, gradually opti-mize service methods, and enhance the ability and level of their technical leadership and guidance in the regional agricultural development. Anhui Agricultural University ( AAU) insists on the“Dabieshan Road” Project of ed-ucating people and developing university, enriching local people and strengthening agriculture, with the collabo-ration of university and local areas. The AAU plays a role of cultivation base of agriculture talents, innovation base, and achievement source. It has built up three bodies on agriculture management, science and technology innovation, and technology extension service, and achieved a synchronous improvement of the level of education and social service ability. Practice has proved that local agricultural colleges and universities should make an is-sue of the talent education system, work hard on science and technology innovation system, pursue practical effects on science and technology extension system, and open a road for school operation mechanism of serving for agriculture, countryside and peasants. In this way, it can provide a better talent and intellectual support for the development of modern agriculture.关键词
