经济新常态下地方农业高校发展定位的思考
Reflections about Development Orientation of Local Agricultural Colleges in “New Normal” Economy
摘要
Abstract
This paper stresses the strategical development orientation of local agricultural colleges in the 13th Five-Year Plan, analyzes the changes of external circumstances that local agricultural colleges face in the“new normal” economy, points out the social function orientations that adapt to the external circumstances for local ag-ricultural colleges, and discusses the paths to achieve the objectives as set up in the orientation. This paper holds that, in the “new normal” economy, China’ s society highly demands social creation and innovation, and local agricultural colleges have entered the central zone of supporting economic transformation and upgrading. A higher orientation of social function must be set, with local agricultural colleges being an irreplaceable support in the agricultural development through technology extension and education. To achieve this target, local agricultur-al colleges have to take the road of social creation and innovation—the road of entrepreneurial university, the road of industry-oriented subject construction, and the road of establishing the “integrated innovation organiza-tion” by combining “government, industry, university and research centers”.关键词
