湖南省基层农业干部培训实效性研究初探
Research on Training Effectiveness of Agricultural Cadres at the Grassroots Level in Hunan Province
摘要
Abstract
To improve the training effectiveness is an important part of enhancing the training quality of agri-cultural cadres at grassroots and the effectiveness of agricultural cadre training should take full account of the trainees source units, trainees jobs, and their individual job requirements. The analysis of the relevant factors of effectiveness of training status and influence of Hunan agricultural cadres at grassroots showed that there is a big gap between the demand of the cadres in the content, form, method and other aspects of the training, and the training is not as effective as hoped. This paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of“three layers progressive” research,“three-step” teaching, the “holy trinity” of teachers team construction, and the con-struction of “three kinds of training bases”.关键词
