关于高校创新驱动与服务农业现代化的思考
Thoughts on Colleges' and Universities' Drive Force of Innovation and Services for Agricultural Modernization
摘要
Abstract
In the agricultural modernization drive in China, it is urgent to solve some core problems such as developing more high-tech and innovating extension services as well as cultivating talents which can match and facilitate the above efforts. Under the new norm situation, a coordinated innovative teaching-research-extension unity and a new system of comprehensive service for modern agriculture should be set up, scientific innovation should be enhanced through intramural and extramural system reform, an innovation chain based on the new type of main agri-business chains should be constructed, a new system of market-orientated, government guided, multi-party participation and symbiosis development should be created, pilot agriculture-through-science/educ-tion platform bases should be built, and policies and regulations for guarantee should be made.关键词
