Discussion on Adjustment Mechanism of Undergraduate Majors:A Case Study of X University
摘要
Abstract
In view of the imperfect major adjustment mechanism, difficult major adjustment performance and other related issues, the X University made an analysis on the existing problems in their undergraduate major construction, and based on its own major establishment put forward a major adjustment system integrating com-prehensive school-running factors: setting up an adjustment model, lowering the adjustment power to the sec-ondary colleges, transforming the university adjustment to the college adjustment, and transforming the college adjustment to the initiative or willful adjustment. Such an adjustment mechanism proved to be very effective and was worthy of reference and popularization.关键词
