摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the protective effects and mechanism of pinoresinol diglucoside on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in Wistar rats.Methods:48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model group,high dose of PD group,low dose of PD group.The sham operation group was the same with other groups,but not for clipping.The model group,high dose and low dose of PD groups were divided into two groups after 45 mins since occuring cerebral ischemia,then the rats in the two groups were executed at 2h and 24h respectively after ischemia-reperfusion. Results:Compared with the sham operation group,the content of MDA in brain tissue of the model group was increased significantly,while the activity of SOD decreased significantly(P<0.05);the content of MDA in brain tissue of the high dose and low dose of PD groups decreased significantly when compared with the model group,and also the SOD activity significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pinoresinol diglucoside can reduces cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats by increasing free radical scavenging rate and anti lipid peroxidation.关键词
