α1受体阻滞剂在输尿管镜碎石术后应用的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the application of alpha-1 receptor antagonist after ureteroscopic ureterolithotomy treating unilateral ureteral calculus.Methods:110 patients with unilateral ureteral calculus were selected,all patients underwent transurethral pneumatic lithotripsy and all of them were remained double-J-stent after operation successfully. The patients were randomly divided into the two groups after surgery.The routine group was given conventional therapy,while the unite group was not only given conventional therapy,but also was given alpha-1 receptor antagonist,we recorded related indicators. Results:Compared with the routine group,the unite group was associated with higher the expulsion rate(96.36% vs 87.27%)and shorter the expulsion time[(4.87±2.34)d vs(7.01 ±3.06)d].The unite group displayed obvious advantage in visual analogue pain scale(VAS),international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life(QOL)and gross hematuria compared with the routine group. Conclusion:Alpha-1 receptor antagonist can promote clearly the expulsion of stone lithiasis's residual fragment,and also alleviate the clinical symptom related with double-J-stent.关键词
