Effects of PDTC on proliferation and apoptosis of Tca8113 cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of PDTC on proliferation and apoptosis of Tca8113 cells in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:Different concentrations of PDTC were the experimental groups,and the blank control group was the normal cell culture group,training to the specified time,we used MTT method,Annexin V-FITC/PI flow cytometry to detect the inhibition and apoptosis rate of PDTC on proliferation of Tca8113 cells.Results:With the increase of PDTC concentration and the prolongation of action time,the effect of inhibiting cell proliferation was enhanced,and there was time and concentration dependent(P<0.05).After 48 hours of different concentrations of PDTC on Tca8113 cells,the apoptosis rate was significantly increased,and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDTC can inhibit the proliferation of Tca8113 cells and induce cell apoptosis.关键词
