不规律服用降压药对原发性高血压患者治疗效果的影响
Effect of irregular antihypertensive drugs on patients with essential hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive effect of irregular antihypertensive drugs on patients with essential hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of patients with essential hypertension were analyzed retrospectively,and the clinical effect of the regular medication group and the irregular medication group were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences of microalbuminuria,serum creatinine,left ventricular posterior wall thickness and C-reaction protein between groups(P<0.05).The SBP,DBP,MAP of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The blood pressure of the regular medication group decreased more than that of the irregular medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the treatment,the CV of the irregular medication group was significantly higher than that of the regular medication group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The target organ damage of patients with irregular medication were more serious than that of the patients with regular medication.关键词
