Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of individualized combination therapy for elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of 544 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and individualized combination therapy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Most of the patients were compliant with the doctor's advice.512 cases were markedly effective(94.1%),32 cases were effective(5.9%) and 0 cas was invalid.There were no serious adverse drug reactions in 544 cases of patients;41 cases had mild gastrointestinal reactions and all of the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of individualized combination therapy for elderly patients with hypertension was significant and the adverse reaction was small.关键词
