摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the appropriate treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:38 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected.All patients were treated with combined therapy and individual therapy,multidisciplinary cooperation, and taking customized treatment according to the details of different cases.Results:36 patients were eventually cured;2 patients died.14 patients received surgical treatment,and the other 24 patients received conservative treatment.During the treatment,there occurred 28 cases of paralytic ileus,6 cases of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS),4 cases of shock,7 cases of acute renal failure,3 cases of pancreatic fistula,and 3 cases of pancreatic pseudocyst.Conclusion:Treating acute severe pancreatitis should adopt individualized treatment on the premise of comprehensive treatment,and cooperated multi-disciplinarily,combining a number of measures,thus effectively improving the cure rate and lowering the mortality rate.关键词
