厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension combined with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:120 patients with hypertension combined with diabetic nephropathy were selectd.They were divided into the 3 groups.Patients in the control group A were treated with irbesartan;patients in the control group B were treated with amlodipine;patients in the observation group were treated with irbesartan combined with amlodipine treatment.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the total effective rate of the 3 groups was evaluated.Results:After active treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%;the control group A was 80%;the control group B was 77.5%;the advantage of the observation group was obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension combined with diabetic nephropathy can improve kidney function based on the effectively control of the blood pressure,which can greatly improve the efficiency of treatment,and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
