摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of repaglinide combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groupsm.Patients in the control group received metformin combined with glimepiride for treatment,while patients in the experimental group treated by repaglinide combined with metformin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate and the outcome of the observation indexes in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with type 2 diabetes treated by repaglinide combined with metformin is helpful for controlling the blood glucose level.关键词
