高血压脑出血开颅术与微创手术的对比研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of small bone window craniopuncture therapy with microinvasive craniopuncture therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:60 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups randomly.A group was given microinvasive craniopuncture therapy;B group was given small bone window craniopuncture therapy.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,bleeding amount and hematoma clearance rate of A group were better than those of B group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of A group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microinvasive craniopuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage had better clinical curative effect and had short operation time.关键词
