Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous renal lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi treated with failure of multiple extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods:84 patients with renal calculi treated with failure of multiple extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,while patients in the observation group received percutaneous lithotripsy treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients were statistically compared.Results:The operation time and stone taking time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The stone clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The clinical effect of percutaneous renal stone removal in the treatment of patients with renal calculi after the failure of multiple extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is obvious,the stone clearance rate is high,and the safety is good.关键词
