Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:70 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given lansoprazole treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with lansoprazole combined with mosapride.The curative effect between groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of clinical symptoms and gastroscopy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis had significant clinical curative effect and less adverse reactions.关键词
