氨溴特罗口服液治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎138例疗效观察
Observation on the curative effect of ambrocol oral liquid in the treatment of 138 infants with bronchia pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ambrocol oral liquid in the treatment of infants with bronchia pneumonia. Methods:276 infants with bronchia pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group were given anti infection (anti-virus),aerosol inhalation and other treatment,while patient in the observation group received the treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution.Results:After treatment,the body temperature returned to normal time,the disappearing time of cough and expectoration,the disappearance time of pulmonary rales of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 72.46% which higher than that of the control group of 94.20%.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of infants with bronchia pneumonia treated by ambrocol oral liquid recovered rapidly,and the effect was significant.关键词
